Abhay Sharan, the founder of Rangmanch is an Actor, Theatre Director & Facilitator, Model & Singer trained professionally in Forum Theatre, Play Back & Improv Theatre, Proscenium Theatre & Theatre for Oppressed. He has also been trained for Theatre Facilitation Course & certified trainer to train the trainers. He has also been trained for leadership acumen by BWW (USA) & Diploma Certification in NLP.

 He has a very rich experience of more than 20 years in performing arts & conducting theatre based training program for more than 15 years. He has directed many plays conducted national level theatre contest & festival worked and learnt with various eminent artists in the field of performing arts & has a privilege of judging more than 100 plays nationally. He has been successfully associated with Indian Television with Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Tele Films for Prestigious soaps in Star Plus & Film Fraternity and Ad film world for the top brands Nationally & Internationally. Some of his works as Ad Commercials are Pepsi IPL for Star Plus, Britannia, TVS Suzuki, Airtel, ABN Amro Bank, Joyjet Airways etc. He has been invited as Guest of Honour by many prestigious institutions. He is invited guest Theatre Facilitator at NIFT & Christ University Bangalore to name a few.
